So you can imagine our reaction when we heard that an armed woman led a team of 5 on a daring midday robbery of an upmarket Hair Weave Masters beauty shop in East London on Sunday.
According to reports “attractive looking” woman entered the shop alone, and pretended to be interested in purchasing weaves before pulling a gun on unsuspecting staff. Her accomplices then entered and looted the salon.
The woman and her accomplices fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of money‚ Peruvian weaves worth R20 000 and cellphones.
They escaped in a white Toyota Avanza.
No shots were fired and no one was injured during the midday robbery‚ the police revealed
